Alexander Roney
I practice all aspects of U.S. immigration, including representing clients in removal proceedings, attending USCIS interviews, and preparing family based petitions. My expertise also includes guiding clients on compliance matters dealing with USCIS requirements and filing H-1B, E-1, E-2, TN visas. Before joining Cohen, Tucker + Ades, I worked as an associate attorney for boutique business immigration law firms in New York, handling corporate employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions. I earned my Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern Law School, graduating cum laude. During law school, I worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Gregory Frost at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Franklin & Marshall, where I graduated with High Honors.
