Natalia Morozova

As an immigrant, I have walked the path that many of my clients now look to me for guidance in navigating. I attended the iconic James Madison High School in Brooklyn whose graduates include the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Senator Majority Leader Chuck Schumer. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Baruch College while working full time as a paralegal. Finally, I had the privilege of attending New York Law School, one of the oldest higher learning institutions in New York. I began my career as an attorney in the field of Immigration Law and I continue to perfect my skills in representing people from all over the world. I represent clients before USCIS, the Department of State, the Immigration Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals, and Federal Courts. I have extensive legal experience which allows me to provide counsel to individuals and businesses in all aspects of Immigration Law. I attribute my success to honest, professional, and zealous representation of my clients, always delivered with compassion and understanding.

I am a passionate immigration reform advocate understand that no two clients are alike. I reject the one-size-fits-all approach that has become the standard of practice at many traditional law firms. I became Partner at Cohen, Tucker & Ades P.C. in 2019, and prior to that, collaborated with some of the nation’s best attorneys on R.I.C.O. cases, fraud cases, Copyright litigations, Fair Labor Standards Act litigations, and consumer litigations. I was recognized by Super Lawyers as a New York Metro Rising Star and pride myself on providing unmatched dedication to each of my clients. I am fluent in English, Arabic, and Hebrew. In my downtime, I enjoy spending time with my family, including my daughter who we welcomed to the world in August 2020.

I strive for excellence in all that I undertake and invest the time to understand the unique and specific circumstances of each client. I believe all clients deserve an attorney who approaches their case with respect, compassion, and the highest level of detail. Immigration law is complex and constantly changing. I pride myself in helping clients understand their options and address the barriers that stand in the way of their goals. I am a creative problem solver with a track record of success in representing clients in a variety of immigration matters – from marriage-based adjustment of status applications to complex immigration issues such as appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals, motions to reconsider and/or reopen, cases involving criminal aliens, waivers of grounds of inadmissibility, and federal litigation. I also defend individuals in removal proceedings before the Executive Office for Immigration Review and frequently represent individuals in a range of interviews and appearances before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in connection with asylum applications, nonimmigrant visas, applications for lawful permanent residence, and naturalization.
